The District recently opened on West 3rd in the cursed old Duplex space (previously Barefoot) and we’re not sure it has what it takes to break the spell. For better or worse, there’s sure to be talk of the new restaurant by Hannah Ah, daughter of the pair behind the beloved Crustacean Beverly Hills. The pressure is on.
