The old Phoenix on La Cienega was known for its Westside vibe, bottomless brunch, the BEST happy hour that people could actually make and MASSIVE lifesize Jenga that got the whole bar riled up… AND the new one is not just a new chapter, but a whole new book (and not your juicy guilty pleasure).  For a night out where we’re trying to get a buzz going we’re not, not into it; but make sure to eat before because food is not their forte.
